Terms of Service — GuidePix

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GuidePix (the "Service"), operated by Zendo Home Technologies, LLC ("Zendo," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Service

GuidePix is a visual verification platform that lets organizations ("Operators") define standard operating procedures with reference photos and AI-verify worker submissions captured live from a phone camera.

2. Accounts and access

Operators are responsible for the actions of every user they invite (managers, workers, admins) and for keeping login credentials and magic-link emails secure. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
Do not submit recycled, screenshotted, screen-recorded, or otherwise non-live photos to defeat the verification workflow. We reserve the right to flag, reject, or suspend accounts engaged in submission fraud.
Do not use the Service to harass workers, surveil individuals outside the scope of a legitimate operational task, or violate any applicable employment, privacy, or labor law.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or the AI models that power it.

4. AI verification

AI verification is an aid, not a judgment of record. Scores are probabilistic and may be wrong. Operators are responsible for final review of any task outcome that has consequences for a worker (e.g. discipline, pay, termination) and should use the manager override and appeal workflows we provide. Zendo does not guarantee any specific verification accuracy.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Verifications beyond the plan cap are billed as overages at the rate disclosed on the pricing page. We will email at 80% of cap. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on at least 30 days' notice.

6. Customer data

You retain ownership of the SOPs, photos, and other content you upload. You grant Zendo a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a security risk. You may cancel at any time from billing settings; cancellation stops future billing and access at the end of the current period.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zendo's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to Zendo in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Zendo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
